Wisconsin Ranch Horse Association Events

Help make a difference in YOUR association!

Dedicate as little or as much time as your availability allows.

Opportunities include but are not limited to:

• Flag presenters for each day (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
• Score sheet runners (Friday & Saturday)
• Set-up & take-down obstacles for trail (Friday practice & Saturday show)
• Trail obstacle re-setters (Saturday)
• Cattle panels set-up/tear-down for Ranch Cutting (Saturday)
• Cleaning up manure from holding areas, walkways, & communal spaces (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
• Inspector for Showmanship classes (Sunday)

Pre-entries must be received no later than 7pm on Sunday, August 2nd to receive the pre-entry discount.

ARHA horse certificate of eligibility, & Coggins papers to WatsonHorseShows@gmail.com.

‼️​If you are entering any Amateur, Novice, Green As Grass, or Green Horse classes, you must have the corresponding declaration form(s) on file before you first show of the year:

The stall & camping reservation form will close at 7pm on Sunday, August 2nd.

Camping sites are first come, first served.



‼️Some camping sites will be reserved for board members & show staff, so please check with the office before parking your vehicle.

ℹ️ Exhibitors may arrive on-site Thursday, August 6th after 3pm.

‼️IMPORTANT: Summer means heat, so there will be changes to arena locations to keep the cattle out of the direct sunlight. Please note the following changes (all locations are opposite of what they are on the showbill):

🔸 Arena #2 Office: Ribbons, Awards, & Hospitality

🔸Arena #2: Ranch Reining, 2 Y/O Ranch Riding, Trail, Ranchmanship

🔸 Arena #3 Office: Show Office

🔸Arena #3: All Cattle Classes, Horsemanship, Conformation, Showmanship, W/T, Ranch Riding

🏆 Grand & Reserve High Point in 7 Divisions!

🏆 Amateur Select (60+) will run concurrently with Amateur division classes. To participate, enter the Amateur division classes & indicate on the entry form that you want your points to be tracked for Select high point instead of the regular Amateur division high point.
